Pottery Class: Make a mug

Duration: approx. 2.5hrs

Level: Beginners Hand Building (no experience needed!)

Age: 18+  (16+ is accepted with an accompanying adult, individual tickets required)

Walk-ins are not accepted to ensure appropriate class sizes

We limit our class sizes to ensure a more personalised experience leading to a more engaging and enjoyable time. Smaller group sizes also allow more one-on-one time with our instructors to help you get the most out of your class.

Pottery Class Includes:

• Make and decorate your very own mug using easy hand building techniques you can repeat at home! We supply the clay and tools, just bring yourself and some enthusiasm. 
• Decorate your mug with our selection of coloured slips and texturing tools.
• Plenty of instruction and guidance to ensure you end up with a functional piece you can be proud of.
  
• We will then clear glaze and fire your mug (we will contact you when your mug is ready to be taken home and put to use).
  

Taught by Stephen Roberts who holds more than 30 years experience as a full time potter, production potter and teacher of pottery.

** Please note that mugs made during the December 20th class will not be ready to collect before Christmas. You will be contacted after the holiday break once it has completed its final firing.
