Amaco Glazes
Amaco are popular glazes hailing from the United State and are designed to be used in combination with one another or for unique variations of texture on your pieces. Amaco Glazes are all suitable for Cone 5-6 Firing Temperature for optimal results, with some of the range also able to fire up to Cone 10 (but with possible variations to colour).

Amaco Glazes come in 472mL containers as standard
Some Colours are available to special order in 3.78L (one Gallon) sizes. Wait times of 2-3 weeks apply.

Potter's Choice

The Potter's Choice glaze series was designed with the potter in mind! These stunning glazes add fluid colours and effects to smooth or textured ware, with optimal results at Cone 5/6. To use these glazes is to step into different ceramic glaze traditions of many cultures throughout history. Based on the widely popular PC-17 Honey Flux glaze, all of the colors in the Potter's Choice Flux glaze series line are the perfect addition to any potter's glaze tool box. These glazes are beautiful on textured surfaces where the glazes can break and show the clay body color.
The PCF's are great for layering with other Potter’s Choice glazes, AMACO Celadons, or AMACO Shino glazes. These glazes can be used alone or layered to soften the colours of other glazes and increase flow.

Celadon

Like the beautiful ancient glazes they are modeled after, the AMACO Celadon glazes are glossy, transparent, and pool beautifully to add vivid accents to textured and carved surfaces. These playful celadons come in many colors and are 100% mixable- great for finding that perfect color!

Influenced by the humble earthiness of tea ceremony bowls, our Shino glazes give a traditional high-iron look to any high fire clay body. Beautiful on textured or smooth clay bodies, blendable to get the right degree of matte or glossy surface.
Shino glazes can also be layered with our PC line of glazes for different effects.

Satin Mattes break slightly over edges and texture and boast a soft satin feel. These glazes are formulated to be 100% mixable. Use Clear Satin to lighten color tones, Satin Black to create shades, and Satin White to create tints.

Are they Food Safe? Yes, but due to durability, these glazes are not recommended for food surfaces.
These glazes can be fired in a normal medium-speed firing with no special cooling schedule required. To take this glaze to the next level, use a controlled cooling scheduled for increased crystal growth
